Ms. Surekha Sridhar K is a seasoned Learning Solutions Strategist with over three decades of experience across education, e-learning, leadership development, healthcare training, digital literacy, and employability skills. She began her journey in print media at the age of 14 and went on to author books, articles, documentaries, and academic content, with her publications reaching prestigious platforms such as the World Book Fair.

She has worked as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on several international learning projects with organizations such as NIIT, IBM, and Qatar Airways, designing leadership programs, digital literacy courses, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and high-impact training solutions for global industries. Her expertise spans corporate training, university-level employability programs, healthcare education, and blended learning strategy.

Ms. Surekha has served on think tank committees of APSCHE and NASSCOM, contributing to initiatives aimed at improving job readiness and skill development among youth. As Managing Director of Adept Skills Pvt. Ltd., she has led numerous course creation and skilling initiatives across sectors.

Currently, she serves as Director – Educational Initiatives at Baala Bharati , Sringeri Sharada Peetham , where she contributes to value-based education rooted in Indian knowledge traditions while integrating modern learning frameworks.

A passionate educator and lifelong learner, she believes education must empower individuals with competence, character, and clarity for meaningful leadership.

  • Conduct Chinmaya Balavihar classes, under the aegis of Chinmaya Mission, for children since 2000 which deals with inculcating spiritual and cultural values.
